On Thursday, July 28, the ground was officially opened for a 53-unit permanent building with support services at Bethel AME Church on property leased by the church.
The Bethel Manor apartments, for people experiencing homelessness, will be funded through the SDS Supportive Housing Fund, a unique private equity fund that finances new permanent, financially viable supportive housing.
