CD Projekt Red’s expansive RPG, Cyberpunk 2077has been the subject of much discussion within the gaming community since its launch in 2020. Plagued by bugs and poor performance at launch, the neon-soaked RPG failed to live up to many gamers’ expectations.
However, the development team at CD Projekt Red has been slowly improving the game, and with patch 1.5, bringing with it a next-gen upgrade and a series of significant improvements. One of the changes gives you the ability to upgrade V’s starting apartment as well as purchase new, more sophisticated digs.
How to improve or buy an apartment
The process of upgrading your apartment or buying a whole new place to live is relatively simple in the new version of Cyberpunk 2077. Just return to the apartment from V you receive after the game’s short prologue, Head to the computer and choose the EZEstates website in the lower right corner. Above all, you will need to have completed the quest titled “Play for Time” for these new units to become available.
To buy an apartment you just have to choose it and if you have enough money it will be yours. Your items will also be shared between all the properties you own. Similarly, to modify V’s original apartment, Choose from six available themes and your home will change quickly.
New apartments To buy
There is exactly four new apartments to buy in Cyberpunk 2077. Each apartment varies in price, style, atmosphere and location. The cheapest apartment costs $5,000 while the most expensive costs $55,000. Each apartment comes with a few interactive features added to immerse the player in the world of Night City. These range from playing the guitar to lighting incense.

- North side, Watson – $5,000.
- Japantown, Westbrook – $15,000.
- The Glen, Heywood – $40,000.
- Corpo Plaza, downtown – $55,000.

Apartment lovers and how to get them
Another new feature added to Cyberpunk 2077 in the latest game update is the addition of apartment buffs. These give you stat bonuses for completing certain activities at home.
These new buffs include:
- Shower – will give you the Refreshed buff for an hour, helping with health regeneration in battle, up to 60%.
- Sleep – this will make you rested, regenerate your health and give you a 20% XP bonus.
- Brew Coffee – This will give you the Energized Buffer, increasing your total stamina and stamina regeneration by 25% and 30% respectively.
