Janelle Brown’s rental property has been sold, where will it go now?

Janelle Brown will be moving at least once more. The mother of six and Sister Wives star had yet another rental property sold under her. While the Brown family aren’t about to make a decision on Coyote Pass, Janelle is about to be moved. Fans can’t help but wonder how many more moves are in her future before she finally admits the move to Flagstaff was misguided.

Janelle Brown’s rental property has been sold

Janelle has rented a five-bedroom, three-bathroom home in Flagstaff, but a booming real estate market sends her packing her bags yet again. The house that Janelle is renting went up for sale on May 22. The price of $ 699,000 obviously attracted buyers. It has been 13 days since the owner put the property up for sale. An offer is already pending.

Janelle is now evolving in hyperdrive. Boxes are scattered throughout the images online that the real estate agent used to sell the property. Where Janelle will go, however, is anyone’s guess. Presumably, she will move to another rental property, but it’s hard to say for how long. Flagstaff’s real estate market is booming. The demand for homes prompts many homeowners to sell when they can make a profit.

Janelle Brown has moved several times before

Finding permanent accommodation in Flagstaff has not been easy for any of the Sister Wives stars. Christine Brown was initially the only family member to buy a house in Flagstaff after moving. The mother of six insisted she couldn’t find a rental that would accept pets. Meri Brown landed in a large rental after having to briefly return to Las Vegas after complaints from neighbors. Robyn Brown, Kody Brown’s fourth legal wife, moved several times before buying a huge house at the exorbitant price.

Janelle is perhaps the most affected of the four sister wives. She has moved to three different rental properties since moving out of the house she owned in Las Vegas. None of the rentals she found were lavish either. The first rental she called home in Flagstaff appeared to be half the size of the house she left behind. Her current location, although more spacious, did not offer luxury amenities.

Have it Sister Wives stars innovated on Coyote Pass?

Janelle confirmed that the family has yet to make a single move on Coyote Pass. Shortly after announcing the sale of her rental property, Janelle took Instagram to share a video of the property she and her family bought before they moved in 2018.

While Janelle gifted fans an upbeat legend, saying she would never tire of the view from the pitch, fans quickly noticed something else. There is absolutely no change to the area. Initially, Janelle, along with her husband and sister wives, planned to build four separate houses on the property. They did not innovate on a single structure and the land remains completely vacant. Obviously, moving into the property won’t be an option for Janelle anytime soon.
