Renting a 12th-century villa in Tuscany with a staff that includes a star chef in charge of the kitchen is a luxury usually reserved for the lucky millionaires in life.
However, an Italian beer company said it would cover the cost of a luxury stay at the lavish 18-bedroom home, which has a pool, hot tub, tennis court, a games room and even its own dance floor, after launching a competition.
The magnificent villa, located in the Tuscan hills between Florence and Siena, which has an oil mill, belonged for centuries to a Roman noble family and dates back to the 1400s.
Quite a prize: a stay at this beautiful Tuscan villa – which has 18 bedrooms, a swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court, games room and its own dance floor – is given away to one lucky winner after an Italian beer company launches a contest online store
A weekend at the property – which has all the trappings of a premier home – is offered by Birra Moretti, with participants invited to complete a series of Italian-themed challenges on social media.

History: The classic Italian villa has crescent ceilings and retains its historic roots, including artwork throughout the house
There’s even a centuries-old oil mill, which can be used as an after-dark dance floor for guests.
As part of a new campaign, Birra Moretti has taken over the property, promising those who win will spend a weekend – with a gang of pals – immersed in la dolce vita.
Those who succeed will win not just a stay at the property, but an immersive experience brimming with Italian culture.
Guests will learn how to cook authentic Italian pasta – with a master class from locals, and enjoy the art of aperitif, the Mediterranean ritual of an aperitif accompanied by a delicious snack. And there is the possibility of taking a tour through the landscapes of Tuscany in a historic Piaggo Ape vehicle.
Retreat: The gorgeous location typically costs thousands of dollars to rent, thanks to dreamy views of the surrounding Tuscan hills and a slew of luxury amenities

Each room’s interior is decorated differently, with many references to the house’s history, including in artwork and carvings.
Pasta Masterclass: Guests can also learn how to cook authentic Italian pasta (pictured) and will enjoy the art of the aperitif, the Mediterranean ritual of an appetizer accompanied by a delicious snack.
Also included in the guest itinerary is a balloon ride, complete with an aperitif.
And there’s no shortage of decadent Tuscan cuisine either. While lounging by the pool, you can cool off a world famous artisanal gelato from a parlor in the nearby town of San Gimignano.
Famous for its simple, quality ingredients, and hosted by master ice cream maker Sergio Dondoli, the ice cream was named the world’s best in the 2009 Ice Cream Awards.
In addition to ice cream, customers can also enjoy a Michelin star dinner served by Michelin star chef Viviana Varese.
A lucky few will be able to savor his experimental dishes that pay homage to the best of Italian cuisine, unleashing the perfect harmony of traditional seasonal flavors and modern culinary technology.

To win a stay, Birra Moretti is asking fans to “embrace their inner Italian” in an Instagram contest that will see contestants enter a series of social challenges inspired by the Italian way of life.
At each stop, a genuine Italian host shares Italian social challenges and encourages followers to share a video with their Italian social challenge.
Contestants post their content, whether it’s a reel, video or photo, follow @birramoretti and tag #liveitalian, and the best authentic non-Italian (selected by Birra Moretti) will win the key to stay at the Villa in October.
Marcelo Amstalden Möller, Global Brand Director at Birra Moretti, told FEMAIL: “All over the world, Italians are known to be passionate about the simple things in life.
“Villa Moretti celebrates this Italian way of life, dedicating a luxury family home to delicious food, great company and quality beer.
“Our goal is to encourage people to take the time to enjoy life’s simple pleasures every day and to be a little more Italian, wherever they are.
