No. 2: Mahant Ashland LLC buy it Hotel of 69 units at 80 S. Cottage Drive in Ashland for $5.9 million of SK Hotel LLC. Prash Merchant and Nic Wade with Necklaces represented the seller.

No. 3: JDL management bought 10,600 square feet at 1508-1510 W. Broad St. in richmond for $5.7 million of TRP fire stone.
