The resort offers 22 properties available for rental, including the famous “Gnome Home,” a vine-covered loft with round doors that looks straight out of a fairy tale.
Most of the houses have sleeping lofts, practical kitchenettes and rustic and comfortable interiors that will make you feel at home.
Rental rates start at $149/night for homes designed to sleep two people, however, despite their size, some of the smaller properties can accommodate up to six people.
Located in the heart of the mountains, Lyon is known as the only gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park, where you can experience millions of years of ancient beauty.

However, nearby Salida, CO, Sprout Tiny Homes is building an even larger facility that will include 200 tiny homes on permanent foundations.
