Tulsa City Council is expected to address current issues for residents of the Vista Shadow Mountain apartment complex at Wednesday’s public works committee meeting. The result could include ordinances and other code violations affecting homeowners and residents.

The city council’s agenda said that the groups involved in the discussion will include the Tulsa Fire Department, the Neighborhood Work Department and Housing Solutions. They are expected to talk about the resort’s issues over the past two weeks and possible solutions.

What started as concerns about a late water bill eventually escalated at the Tulsa Fire Department, ordering the owners of the resort to move everyone by July 21. Representatives of the fire department said the conditions were so bad that no one should live there.
