This newly built property in the Manhattan Valley (CB # 7) consists of 198 affordable housing units. These units include GE appliances, engineered stone countertops, luxury vinyl tile flooring and more.

This building is under construction as part of the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (SHLP) Housing Loan Program. Supportive housing is permanent, affordable housing with on-site supportive services to meet the needs of the most vulnerable New Yorkers, including former homeless people and people with disabilities.

Sixty percent of supportive housing units are reserved for low-income or formerly homeless people or families with special needs, who are referred by municipal agencies. The remaining forty percent of the building’s units are made available to the public by lottery. The 79 units listed in this notice are only those made available to the general public.

Facilities include: bike lockers, air conditioning, community center, children’s playroom, communal laundry room, pedestrian, bus stop / access to public transport, media room, outdoor spaces, pets, community events and courses, recreation room, outdoor terrace, common Wi-Fi area and free high-speed Internet.
